Prague Old Town From Above 3

Today, I want to hint at a great place for an overview over the wonderful city of Prague (and it was not until our last day in town that we discovered that we could actually go up the Town Hall's Tower for a breathtaking view of the city).

Completed in 1364, the city's Town Hall Tower is now open for visitors every day. For a mere 110Kč (roughly 4€) we were taken up an elevator and then had to climb all the way up the tower itself (even though we could've used another elevator, but nevermind our stupidity) to find ourselves at the very top of the town. It was brilliant.
When we had squeezed outside onto the viewing balcony that surrounded the tower's platform at the top, the sun was already beginning to set and we could enjoy a 360° view of the golden city in all it's glory. Naturally, I was snapping one or the other picture while trying not to be taken down those 70 meters tower height by the wind.

I hope I could at least capture some of the beauty I could witness that day. Enjoy and see you soon!
